LEAD advises both public entities and private bodies, in the organization and management of local public utilities, in bid procedures for public works and service contracts, in the applications for and approval of urban planning instruments both general and enacting (in particular, conventions and the so-called “P.I.I.” or Integrated Intervention Programs), in the application for and issue of building permits and business (manufacture and sales) licences, and in agreements between public and private sector (PFI and PPP). The Firm also has considerable experience in procedures relating to the protection of cultural and environmental assets and the authorisations and analyses and evaluations (environmental impact reports) of environmental aspects of development.
